What we collect
Account data: email, name and (with Google sign-in) profile picture. Content: uploaded footage and photos, prompts, settings and finished videos. Credit and purchase history (card details are handled by Stripe, not us). Basic technical logs.
Why
To provide the service: edit and render your videos, run your account and credits (performance of contract). To prevent abuse and keep the service secure (legitimate interest). To account for payments (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
Only providers that help run the service: Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Google (sign-in with Google), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI editing), ElevenLabs (voiceover, music and sound effects), Pixabay and Wikimedia (stock search). Some process data outside the EEA, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account data until you delete the account. Uploads and finished videos until you delete them or your account. Billing records as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data, and complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores only what the service needs: your sign-in session and the last form settings you used.
