Terms of Service

The service

Framly edits videos from your footage, photos and description with AI models (Claude API, OpenAI API) and renders them to MP4. You can also make a video from scratch from graphics and free stock footage.

Your account

You need an account (email and password, or Google) to use the dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. One free starter account per person.

Credits and payments

Framly runs on credit packs, not subscriptions. Prices are in US dollars (PLN on the Polish site), and the dashboard shows the credit cost of each video before you create it.

Packs are sold by RiseSystems Bartosz Korzeniowski, Katowice, ul. Gen. Józefa Longina Sowińskiego, nr 46, lok. 1c, 40-018, Tax ID 6282306462. Payments (cards, BLIK and the other methods shown at checkout) are processed by Stripe (stripe.com); card details never reach us. You get a receipt by email. Credits do not expire.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase: email hello@framly.top. Refunds cover the credits you have not used.

If a render fails because of us, the credits for that video go back to your account automatically.

By starting a video you ask us to perform the digital service immediately; once performed, the right of withdrawal for the credits used ends.

Your content

Your footage, photos, prompts and finished videos are yours. You give us a licence only to process, render and store them for you.

Only upload material you have the rights to. Library music comes from Wikimedia Commons (CC0 or public domain); stock footage from Pixabay and Wikimedia Commons under their licences. We do not add TikTok library music; add it in the TikTok app.

Acceptable use

Do not use Framly for illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, deceptive deepfakes of real people without their consent, or spam. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI output

Edits are made by AI models. We aim for clean edits that follow your description, but review each video before you publish it. Ask for revisions in the dashboard.

Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. We are not responsible for content you upload or publish. Nothing here limits your rights under consumer law.

Changes

We will email you about material changes at least 14 days before they apply.
